Andy is a Caerphilly based freelance animator and illustrator with a love for storytelling. He graduated in Animation, Direction & Production from USW in 2016 and gradually made his way into motion graphics, blending traditional animation and narrative skills with motion design to create a mix of linear and more abstract storytelling.
Over the years, he’s been lucky enough to work with brands including McDonald’s, Haribo, S4C, the FA, Decathlon and McCain.
Andy enjoys experimenting with illustrative styles, creating stylised concept art, storyboards and digital media. These illustrations often form the starting point for his animated work, which is used across social media, online platforms and TV advertising.
